Most referrals are staffed within hours by a credentialed PT, PTA, OT, or COTA who works the patient's area. ViaCare Health LLC is a Florida AHCA-licensed Health Care Services Pool serving Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, and Broward counties.

What you can request
All four disciplines (PT and PTA, OT and COTA) for evaluations, routine visits, re-evaluations, and discharges. That covers ongoing coverage, leave backfill, and census surges.
Credentialed before the first visit
Every clinician holds an active Florida license and completes ViaCare credentialing before their first visit, including a Level 2 background screen and license verification. Credentials are tracked to expiry.
Where we're growing
We have the most clinicians in Martin, St. Lucie, and northern Palm Beach. We're actively adding clinicians in southern Palm Beach and Broward. Agencies there should ask about current availability.
