ViaCare Health LLC is headquartered in West Palm Beach. We recruit, credential, and staff physical and occupational therapy clinicians for home health agencies across Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, and Broward counties. Our PTs, PTAs, OTs, and COTAs are independent contractors paid per visit.

Palm Beach Physical Therapy began serving South Florida home health agencies in March 2021. In July 2026, ViaCare Health LLC acquired the business. It continues as ViaCare Health, the same name as the platform and app our agencies and clinicians already use, and still does business as Palm Beach Physical Therapy. The service area has grown beyond Palm Beach County and the work beyond physical therapy alone, and the name now fits. The clinicians and the way we work haven't changed.
